Q Do I need to come into your office and meet you in person to receive legal services?

It is preferable for you to come to our office. However, when it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can schedule a date and time to meet with you at a location that is more convenient for you.

Q Do you charge for a consultation?

We don’t charge for an initial consultation. At the free initial consultation, we will discuss the details of your potential case, the legal process and answer any questions you may have.

Q Does it matter how long I wait to file a lawsuit?

Yes. Every lawsuit is different and has laws that provide time limits to formally file a lawsuit or claim. These laws, called the "statute of limitations", will prevent an otherwise viable claim from being considered if it is not filed on time.

Q Do all cases go to trial?

No, not necessarily trial can be avoided through an amicable settlement in cases where it is feasible

We are here to support you and take some stress away by keeping track of all of the detailed proceedings in your case. We will keep you informed as to any important updates in your case so that you are well up-to-date.
